When I left my corporate life to become a Life Coach for Mums, I thought I had all the time in the world - with no 'office hours', and I could work MY way.  

However, I was in start up mode (with a toddler and newborn!) and a HUGE learning curve on 'how to run an online business'.

The induction module helps you set up for success. I'll give you the basic foundations of decluttering and how to make the most of Tidy Frid'y

Organise Your Inbox
One of the 4 core topics, we'll work through strategies to organise and declutter your Inbox, so that you can maintain clear space and keep on top of it.  

Organise your Folders 
We'll find a home for all of the files you want to keep, and create a filing structure that's easy for you to manage going forward.

Taking control of your Notes & Notebooks
Never lose a note or forget where your awesome idea is again. We'll learn strategies to manage the notes more effectively, and store others so you can access them efficiently.


Managing all of the Random 'stuff'
Sometimes it's the little things and double handling that add up to overwhelm if there's nowhere to put them so that you don't lose them (and keeping them in your head isn't the answer!) We'll set up strategies to gather them so they don't get lost.


Did someone say Photos?
Let's make a start with your photos. It might be a big task, but your photos are precious, and you want to know exactly where they are.


Organise your Social Media content
If you have files all over different devices, then it's time to get them organised and synced, instead of trying to remember which image is where.


Organise your Desktop and Browser
If you like to have 73 tabs open but forget what's open and re-open....we'll spend some time working out how to make this easier for you.

Keeping an eye on your goals will be easier if your goals and tasks are easier to view.

How much time will I get with you?       
This depends on you!     
If you turn up to all of the Q&A calls, you can ask your questions.    
I'll give you as much support as I can, without taking time away from other participants.

If there are common issues that come up for everyone, I can provide additional top up content.    
How much time will I need each week?       
You don't need to any other additional work during the week, unless you would like to. You just need to show up consistently so that you can make progress
